  • No Illegal Activities: We do not condone or accept any illegal activities on our platform. Users engaging in illegal transactions will be banned, and any illegal content will be reported to the relevant authorities.

2. Account Creation and Use

While you do not need to create an account to browse the market you will need to have one to make a purchase.

  • Anonymous Use: You may choose to remain anonymous or use pseudonyms to interact with other users.

  • No Personal Information: We do not collect or require personal information, and we recommend you do not share sensitive details unnecessarily.

3. Purchasing Items

  • Payment Method: All transactions on Monero.Market are conducted using Monero (XMR). Prices are displayed in fiat currencies, but payments must be made in XMR.

  • Fees: We charge low transaction fees for processing purchases, and vendors may negotiate additional fees for certain services or products. All fees are disclosed before a transaction is finalized.

  • Transaction Completion: Once a transaction is confirmed in XMR, it is considered complete. Vendors are required to fulfill orders promptly, and buyers must make payments in full.

4. Vendor and Buyer Responsibilities

  • Vendors: You are responsible for ensuring that all products and services listed on Monero.Market comply with legal standards. Vendors must also provide a clear description of their products and services.

  • Buyers: You are responsible for ensuring that the items you purchase are legal in your jurisdiction. Buyers are encouraged to use encrypted communication channels when interacting with vendors.

  • Negotiation of Fees: Vendors may negotiate additional fees with buyers for services or products beyond the base price, and all such fees should be agreed upon before the transaction.

5. Prohibited Activities

Monero.Market is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the marketplace, including but not limited to transaction errors, lost funds, or any disputes between buyers and vendors.

9. Termination

Monero.Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the marketplace for any user found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, or engaging in illegal activities.
