Air-water heat pump Ferroli Omnia S 3.2 HI3 8, 8 kW, single-phase, A+++, full inverter, heating, cooling, DHW, 230 V The Ferroli Omnia S 3.2 single-phase heat pump is built in a full inverter split system with ecological R32 refrigerant . The Ferroli Omnia S 3.2 heat pump is composed of: Outdoor unit - contains the main refrigerant components, such as the compressor, fan, primary exchanger which will be connected via refrigerant gas pipes to the indoor unit; Internal unit - contains the rest of the refrigeration circuit as well as the main components of the hydraulic circuit, the high-efficiency heat pump or the expansion vessel, to allow quick and safe installation of the equipment. The single-phase heat pump is supplied as standard with an integrated 3 kW electrical system. Installing a split system offers the undeniable advantage of avoiding the problem of freezing , even at the lowest temperatures (down to -25 degrees Celsius) or in the absence of electricity. The Ferroli Omnia S 3.2 single-phase heat pump meets the requirements of heating/cooling systems, with the capacity to produce heat up to 65 degrees Celsius , making it ideal for all types of systems, whether it is underfloor heating, fan coils, radiators or domestic hot water (DHW) production via an external boiler . Ferroli's new full inverter design uses DC inverter technology on 3 main energy-consuming components of the equipment, namely the compressor, the fan and the pump . This allows power distribution to be modulated by carefully tracking the thermal load, thus allowing very high energy efficiency and significant savings for the end user . Furthermore, Ferroli's full inverter design reduces electricity consumption at start-up , avoiding power grid fluctuations and increasing the lifespan of components . The noise level is among the lowest on the market, and the pump can be used either autonomously or integrated with other heat sources, for example a gas boiler . The heat pump is supplied with a temperature probe for a DHW tank (not mounted) and an outdoor air temperature probe (pre-mounted on the outdoor unit) for optimal regulation of the heating medium temperature according to the chosen climate curve in both heating and cooling. The user interface consists of a digital controller mounted on the indoor unit , equipped with a large display and very simple setting controls .
